Jack Krona Is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in all phases of civil litigation including investigation and filing suit, through trial and appeal. He is licensed in Washington, Texas and California. His current office is in Gig Harbor, Washington.

Jack’s career began in 1995 with a federal clerkship in one of the busiest courthouses in the nation. There he learned the importance of judicial temperament and what it takes to fairly and efficiently move cases from start to finish while providing the parties with both appearance and assurance of fairness and neutrality.

After his clerkship, Jack spent four years as an associate with Littler Mendelson, the nation’s largest labor-and-employment-law defense firm. He devoted most of his time to either defending collective employee actions or drafting all appellate briefs of the Dallas office of the firm. Jack was responsible for several large appellate victories, including at least three jury verdicts reversed and rendered.

After his time at Littler, Jack worked for a small but potent litigation boutique in Dallas where he was ultimately made a partner. HIs focus was plaintiff-side complex commercial, employment catastrophic personal injury, and civil rights litigation.

In 2009 Jack returned to Washington and started his own practice. Since then, Jack has focused on complex construction, employment and commercial litigation. He has handled sophisticated cases individually and has also served clients by directing the work of larger law in multi-party commercial and construction litigation. Jack was also lead counsel in the landmark Washington Supreme Court case of Chavez v. Our Lady of Lourdes Hosp. at Pasco, 190 Wn 2d. 507, 415 P.3d 224 (2018), which helped define the criteria for certifying wage-and hour class action cases in the State of Washington. Jack’s life’s work has involved helping people solve complicated legal problems with creative and practical solutions.
